Terms of Service

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the Prontlyx digital repository, its underlying Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), the Gemini Protocol formatting standards, or any associated edge-computed services hosted via the Vercel infrastructure (collectively, the "Service"), you ("User," "Creator," or "You") expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unequivocally agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to every provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all access to and use of the Service.

"Prontlyx Ecosystem" refers to the entirety of the web application, frontend components, and backend static site generation architectures deployed via Next.js and Vercel. "Generative Directives" (Prompts): Text-based linguistic or mathematical inputs, including positive conditioning and "Suppression Nodes" (negative prompts), designed to interface with third-party Machine Learning and Diffusion Models. "Gemini Protocol": The proprietary, standardized formatting system and methodological framework utilized by Prontlyx to ensure cross-model prompt interoperability. "Suppression Node": The exclusionary mathematical algorithms and text inputs (negative prompting) utilized to modulate the latent space of AI generative models.

The Service is intended solely for individuals who are at least thirteen (13) years of age. By accessing the Service, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal authority to form a binding contract. The Operator reserves the right to employ Feature Flagging (e.g., via LaunchDarkly) or IP-based restrictions to limit access to certain features, subsets of prompts, or geographic regions without prior notice, at the Operator’s sole discretion.

4.1. Platform Ownership: The underlying architecture, UX/UI design, Next.js routing methodologies, "Gemini Protocol" structuring, and compiled databases on Prontlyx are the exclusive intellectual property of the Operator. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the platform using automated bots or headless browsers. 4.2. Prompt Licensing: Prompts uploaded to or displayed on Prontlyx are treated as digital literary works/computational recipes. By utilizing the platform, you acknowledge that while the AI-generated outputs (images, text, video) from third-party platforms (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion) may exist in the public domain or be subject to those platforms' specific licenses, the exact syntactic arrangement of the prompts provided on Prontlyx remains subject to platform usage rights. 4.3. License to Use: We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to copy and utilize the prompts strictly for your personal or commercial generative AI workflows. You are explicitly prohibited from mirroring or republishing the Prontlyx repository en masse on competing platforms.

To maintain the integrity of our Secure Node and cloud infrastructure, you agree NOT to: • Deploy automated scripts, scrapers, crawlers, or spiders to extract prompt data, JSON files, or environmental variables. • Interfere with the Vercel Content Delivery Network (CDN) or attempt to bypass the Web Application Firewall (WAF) or Sandbox environments protecting the Service. • Use the prompts to generate illegal, non-consensual, explicit, or highly restricted content (including deepfakes) on third-party AI platforms. • Engage in any activity that violates Google AdSense Program Policies, including but not limited to generating invalid traffic, utilizing deceptive click-routing, or embedding the platform in unauthorized iframes.

6.1. Donation-Ware Model: Prontlyx operates on a frictionless, utility-based creator economy model. We provide high-value semantic structures free of direct paywalls. 6.2. Third-Party Micro-Transactions: You may optionally choose to support the Operator's infrastructure maintenance via third-party integrations (e.g., "Buy Me a Coffee"). You acknowledge that Prontlyx does not natively process, store, or transmit fiat currency or credit card data. All financial transactions are governed strictly by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policies of the respective third-party payment gateways. All donations/contributions are non-refundable.

The Service may contain third-party advertisements served by networks such as Google AdSense. We do not endorse the products or services advertised. Your interactions with third-party advertisers or external links are solely between you and the third party. We disclaim all liability regarding the safety, accuracy, or privacy practices of external domains.

THE SERVICE AND ALL GENERATIVE DIRECTIVES (PROMPTS) ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE OPERATOR EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Stochastic Unpredictability: Due to the inherently stochastic nature of Diffusion Models and AI latent spaces, the Operator makes absolutely no guarantee that copying a prompt from Prontlyx will yield the exact visual or textual output demonstrated in the platform's preview images. Model Updates: Third-party AI models frequently update their parsing algorithms. A prompt optimized for a specific model version today is not guaranteed to function identically in the future.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RISHAV RAJ, THE OPERATOR, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE OR THE PROMPTS PROVIDED THEREIN.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Operator from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of this Agreement; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right resulting from the AI outputs you generate using our prompts.

The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any such revisions.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of India, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
